I was honored to be invited to WTWH Media’s first Marketing summit, Its All Marketing, this week held at the FirstEnergy Stadium here in Cleveland.
It was a gorgeous day and all those visiting from out of town got to see our home city at its finest. Pretty cool to see them prepping the field for the Browns game and see glimpses of the Blue Angels practicing for the air show this weekend as well!
WTWH Media produces 40+ technical web sites and 4 print publications covering the design engineering and renewable energy markets and is the publisher of Design World, Windpower Engineering & Development, Solar Power World and, with Michael Ference and Mary Gannon joining the team, they just released the first issue of Fluid Power World.
Scott McCafferty, managing partner of WTWH Media, opened the summit with his bio and the history behind his company, including its future growth covering the Medical and Sensors markets.
In attendance were about 150 sales & marketing folks representing manufacturers and fabricators from all over the country. I enjoyed meeting up with Kelly of Brennan Industries, one of our customers!
WTWH Media invited six marketing and advertising leaders to speak on their areas of expertise and attendees were treated to a wealth of knowledge and tips. The Q&A sessions after each segment allowed attendees to pick their brains.
The speakers are all experts in the industry and I took away great thinking points from each one. Best of all, most of them are friends and they bounced questions and ideas off each other during the Q&A sessions, creating a warm and sharing atmosphere.
