Their newest product is the Sani-Flex Sanitary conveyor, a multi functional unit accommodating any food processing conveyor belt, especially useful for the food and beverage processing and packaging market.

With a full capacity belt fabrication shop for both rubber and thermo-plastic belting, Hose/Conveyors is capable of providing the widest range of cleat arrangements, perforations, and splicing for specific belting needs. Their die cut capability has a wide range of applications, from punching holes/perforations in conveyor belting and specialty machine belting to OEM production die cut runs.

Packaging Automation Division Proivides Automated Conveying & Packaging Systems

Complementing the distribution side of the business is their impressive manufacturing and machining division - Packaging Automation, Inc.With in-house mechanical/electrical engineering and manufacturing capabilities, they are able to meet most conveying, packaging and robotic palletizing needs. The CNC Machining Department not only supports their manufacturing needs, but precision turning/milling for prototypes and short OEM production runs as well.

Packaging Automation is an authorized integrator of Fanuc Robotics and has considerable experience in the design and manufacture of innovative packaging automation solutions in a variety of industries. Because of their location in the nation’s food-belt, they have developed a unique expertise in addressing the packaging automation needs of the food industry.

Packaging Automation supports local educational efforts to promote engineering. Hosting a local engineering & science club, students get a taste of automation in the packaging industry. Their favorite part was the hands on learning with a robotic palletizing system.
