Faxon Engineering, a leading distributor of hose, fittings, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication components in New England, has been serving the aerospace, industrial, marine, high performance, utility and pharmaceutical markets since 1946.

In the early 1960's, Faxon committed to growth by purchasing Air and Hydraulics Engineering in New Haven, which is now known as their Faxon Milford branch. Current President and CEO John "Newt" Clark took the helm in 1973 and has continued to grow the company.

Faxon Implements Quality Systems to Achieve Certifications 

Faxon purchased TrulinX software by Tribute, Inc. in 2007 to help streamline business processes and help them to achieve ISO9001+AS9120 certification.

After many long hours and hard work, Faxon is proud to hold this certification. This certification is driven by on-time delivery, controlling processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, maintaining any effective QMS system and ensuring continual improvement throughout the organization.

Once they achieved that success, Faxon expanded their facility by moving into their current location in Bloomfield in 2011. In 2015, they expanded again by building additional warehouse space and Faxon now serves customers from a 21,000+ sq. foot facility.

Faxon Earns Eaton Top 24 Distributor Awards

Faxon Engineering has received the Eaton Top 24 Premier Distributor Award from Eaton Corporation in 2013, 2016, and 2017 and both locations are authorized Eaton / Aeroquip Express Hose Centers.

With a long line card, Faxon also carries Brennan, ContiTech, Dixon, Graco, Camozzi, Hose Master, Kepner, Kuriyama, Reelcraft, Titeflex, New Age Industries, HBD/Thermoid, among many others.
