NIBA (The Belting Association) is proud to announce that they have joined Industrial Careers Pathway^® (ICP) as an Alliance Partner.

The newest member benefit from the P.A.S.S. program, ICP links students and job seekers to career paths in industrial distribution and manufacturing through partnerships with local educators and employers.

NIBA members will enjoy discounts on job listings on ICP’s Job Board, the only job board specifically for the field of industrial distribution, and on ICP educational materials including the landmark Elements of Industrial Distribution course available online and in print.

Tom Wujek, 2014 NIBA president states, "We believe in the direction ICP is taking, focusing its efforts on creating awareness of the field of industrial distribution among 18-34 year olds who currently are not aware of the great career opportunities within industrial distribution.  We feel that by joining together with other distribution associations, we can use our partnership with ICP as a way to help our industry connect with our future workforce.
