Annoucing the Premier Issue of Fluid Power World
WTWH Media, publishers of Design World, Solar Power World and Windpower Engineering & Development, have released the first edition of their new publication - Fluid Power World.
The publication will be issued in print and digital editions and will focus specifically on trends in the fluid power industry, including hydraulics, pneumatics, mobile, industrial, hose assembly, and motion control.
In addition to the main feature articles, they have a Research & Development page. In their first issue, they feature an article from the Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power (CCEFP) about varying pump flow rates.
The Association Watch page reports on the Fluid Power Education Foundation and the scholarships they have awarded.
The premier issue also features a distributor update with a report on the 30th Anniversary NAHAD (National Association of Hose & Accessories) Convention. Each digital edition has a section with with Mobile Hydraulic Tips, Pneumatic Tips, and Hose Assembly Tips.
Design World also contains a tips page with resources for the following industries: Linear Motion, Pneumatic, Mobile Hydraulic, Coupling, Motion Control, and Robotics. The site also contains an Engineering Exchange and a "Make Parts Fast" page which provides design engineers and product designers with a balanced editorial approach addressing key issues, best practices, and material selection.
