Tribute, Inc. Announces Expansion of Team

Tribute, Inc., a leading ERP software provider for the engineered products, fluid power, fluid handling, hose & accessories, automation & motion control industries, is pleased to announce the expansion of our team with five new associates. The additions come as Tribute continues to lead the industry in providing niche focus ERP solutions to its customers, helping numerous mid-sized companies streamline their business processes and improve their overall operations.

Joseph “Joey” Lagucki has joined the team as a Software Engineer 1 for the company’s TrulinX ERP application. Joey is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Computer Science. He will focus on enhancing the TrulinX software and providing custom programming solutions to fulfil customer needs. "Joey is quickly learning the nuances of the TrulinX product and, in his short time with the company, has already become a valuable addition to our agile development process," said Tom Knoebel, Manager of Development for Tribute Inc. "We are excited to watch his career progress even as he brings new ideas and perspectives to our team."

Raymond Jarm, a sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the contract manufacturing space of custom cables and harnesses, has joined Tribute as a Business Development and Sales Representative. He is responsible for new business development spanning across the U.S. for Tribute. "Ray's credentials align with our core competencies," said Bill Horrigan, Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Tribute. "He will be very hands-on in helping us expand our footprint and grow our business.”

Kimberlie MacGregor joins Tribute as a TrulinX Support Representative. She will be responsible for connecting with customers to assist with and troubleshoot issues while providing quality customer service. Kimberlie’s previous experience as frontline call center support in the insurance industry allowed her the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise, where she moved to various escalation and specialized teams within the company. Jamie Schott, manager of TrulinX Support & Implementations, said “Kimberlie’s significant experience and skills to resolve complex issues will be of great value to our TrulinX customers and support teams.”

Katie Sammon has joined Tribute as a Customer Care Specialist for TrulinX. Katie joins the team with extensive ERP software and distribution experience, with particular strength on purchasing, work order management (fabrications), and vendor rebates. “Katie brings a different perspective to our support team,” says Schott. “With her background, she is able to provide customer service with a twist. She can walk a customer through TrulinX processes while providing real life examples that she has experienced herself. She has made an impact quickly, and we are excited to involve her in more!”

Nicholas Harrison joins Tribute as a TrulinX Accounting Specialist. In this role, he will assist customers in their transition to the TrulinX general ledger system as well as troubleshoot and provide accounting support. With extensive experience in accounting, data analysis, and reconciliation, Nick enjoys problem solving and creating solutions to make processes and workflows more efficient.  Schott adds, “Nick brings valuable accounting experience paired with technical support and wonderful customer service. I am excited to work alongside him as he grows into his position.”
