Two Tribute customers were part of that coordinated effort and opened their doors to future generations interested in a career in our industry.
The event exposed local high school students to a number of unique job opportunities at an industrial distributor that designs and builds fluid power, motion control and automation systems. Check out some of the photos from their event:
MFP Automation Engineering, based in Hudsonville, Michigan, offered tours of their facility and manufacturing space which includes a two story carousel, an on-site Parker Hannifin store, CNC shop, and complete capabilities for hydraulic power unit fabrication and inventories in excess of a million dollars.
In house experts were on hand to discuss how each portion of the facility ties in with their ability to create a common goal of manufacturing success in Michigan. MFP Automation also routinely works with students of WMU College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, assisting them with engineering and manufacturing special projects.
