Parker Hannifin and Tribute, Inc. have worked together on the development of The Parker Tracking System™ (PTS), which is designed to help customers reduce vehicle or asset downtime through increases in the speed, timing and accuracy of necessary repairs. Using a Web-based application, PTS generates a unique identification code for each hose assembly which is printed on a durable barcode or RFID label. PTS labels are specifically engineered to withstand harsh chemicals, temperatures, UV exposure and other challenging conditions.

Sales Reporting
TrulinX automatically generates a sales report at the end of the month that contains the information required by Parker Hannifin, such as the sales of all Parker items, separated into regular sales and counter sales. TrulinX can load the entire Parker Inventory into your system, saving you significant time and money over entering it manually. And you can automatically upload Parker pricing updates into your system via the Internet or just by dropping the Parker CD into your server and entering an effective date.
Automatic Generation of Serial Numbers
This feature allows users to set up a standard template for serial numbers, consisting of an inner number which is incremented by 1, along with an optional prefix and/or suffix. The template is then connected to the appropriate product categories. Whenever an order is finalized for a hose assembly in one of these product categories, a new serial number will be automatically generated and printed to a label along with the pick ticket.
PHconnect and PHAST Integration
TrulinX allows you to easily generate a Purchase Order output file for the Parker Hannifin PHAST program, then transfer via FTP to the PHconnect web site for processing. It’s free - no EDI expenses!
iZap Integration
While Parker has automated the task of managing your inventory at a customer site with their iZap offering, it still takes an automated distribution package, such as TrulinX, to allow you to get the maximum value. TrulinX notifies Parker regarding the inventory transfer, then creates a text file that is imported into the quote system for review. A sales order is then generated triggering replenishment of the parts.
Parker Stores
Easily handle your walk in business with our counter sale module designed specifically with the Parker Store in mind. It allows for easy entry of items, kits, hose assemblies, and has a quick & easy checkout process that handles check, cash, credit cards or on-accounts, ending with a very attractive customer receipt and day-end transaction analysis. You can also separate your counter sales reports for Parker reporting requirements.

TrulinX is integrated with Parker's powerful new inventory-sharing network for its distributors, WarehouseTWO. WarehouseTWO provides a cost effective inventory-sharing tool that allows you to view your peers' inventory as an alternate source to fill your backorders and expedites. Integration with TrulinX allows you to retrieve inventory information as you enter your orders. This network encompasses Parker Hannifin’s Fluid Connector, Hydraulic & Instrumentation Groups.
