Do you find that sometimes you aren’t positive which inquires or reports could help benefit your Accounts Receivable department? Would you like to minimize your timeline when dealing with collections? This class will review inquiry and reporting tools that can make your life in Accounts Receivable more enjoyable. Common A/R issues, credit rating issues, and invoice correction issues will also be addressed.

NOTE: This class assumes knowledge of daily Accounts Receivable procedures as discussed in the "A/R - Daily Processing" class.
