Accounts Payable - Reports, Inquiries & Common Problems

Weds. July 19, 2017 1:30 - 2:30 pm EST

This class will focus on how to fix Accounts Payable mistakes and reverse entries. We'll also cover specific types of A/P transactions, such as adjusting debits and credits. Click here for a class description.


Purchase Order Processing – The Basics

Weds. August 2, 2017 1:30 - 2:30 pm EST 

This class will list the important factors in purchase order entry and managing your PO's using the various TrulinX inquiries and reports. Warehouse Management - Bin Management & Vendor Returns

Physical Inventory

This class will include an overview of the physical inventory process, a review of the most common stumbling blocks, and all the info you need to get started with cycle counting. Click here for a class description.


General Ledger Basics

In this class we will cover G/L Mapping, Reason Code setup and usage, interpreting the transaction sources and types in the transaction history, fixing common export problems, and adding a new account the right way. General Ledger - Accounting and Reconciliation

Where can you see detailed transactions that make up the ending balance in your accounts? What reports in TrulinX can help you verify that you are in balance? When you are out of balance, what tools can you use to track the discrepancy? In this class, we will tell you the most common issues in balancing and give you the tools you need to find the problem. Work Order Management – External Fabrications
